DigiSellers respects copyright. We sell licenses; we do not host pirated installers or key generators. This policy describes how to notify us of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

2. What to include in a notice

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL on digisellers.me that you claim infringes.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

3. What we do

Valid notices may lead us to remove or disable the listing and, where appropriate, notify the seller or user. Repeat infringers may lose their account.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same agent with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or Delaware if outside the U.S.).

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false notices can create liability. Do not use this process for ordinary refund or trademark keyword disputes; use ads@digisellers.me for ads issues.

6. Software piracy

If you believe a listing offers an unauthorized key, tell us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, remove the listing and cooperate with the publisher.
